Our goal is to provide you with you with same day shipment when possible.
We ship
most of our products standard ground via your account.
Takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your account, ship method & location.

FREIGHT ORDERS:
Orders that are required to be shipped truck
freight may require additional handling charges, all orders will be shipped on Customer account unless otherwised
agreed upon.
BACK ORDERS:
Our products are in high
demand and there may be delays in shipping products. If a product is expected to be on back order for more than two weeks
we will let you know.
Items may be returned during the first 7
days after date of shipment, for credit as follows:
1) Mfg. Defect: Full credit, minus freight charges or replacement at no freight charge.
2) Customer Ordering
Error: Subject to a 25%, or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by Procart Industries.
No refunds on freight charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise
must be in NEW, RE-SALE condition.
3) Custom/Special Order products
are non-returnable, non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS on custom/special order products.
4) Refunds: Subject to a 25%, or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater)
plus all shipping charges incurred by Procart Industries. No refunds on freight charges. Customer is responsible
for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW/RE-SALE condition.
5) Electronic items
are non-return items.
6) Sale of "Special Order" or "EBay" items are final.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Call or Email Procart Industries with the invoice number, part number, color, and the reason
for return to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive an RMA number you may return the product,
in the original packaging, properly packaged. When the product is received and verified, you will be credited according
to the return policy. Returns should be sent via a tracking number from the carrier for verification of reciept.

CANCELLATIONS:
Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once
the order has been placed by you, received by us, and shiped, it can not be cancelled.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If your order arrives with damage, refuse to accept it and the shipping
company will return the merchandise to us. We will ship out a replacement order ASAP. If you discover damage after you
already have accepted the delivery, call the freight company and file a damage claim.
ORDER ERRORS
Our goal is to get every order correct but
occasionally it happens. If you feel you have received the wrong merchandise, please phone/E-mail us with error so we
can correct it.
WARRANTY RETURNS:
Defectives must be shipped prepaid an accompanied by RMA# provided by Procart
Industries. Product must be shipped in its original packaging including packing and protective materials. If product is not
shipped with its original packaging, or is not returned with original packaging, Procart Industries reserves the right to
deny credit. Customers that return product claiming it is defective that's not defective will be assessed a 50% restocking
fee. Warranty claims accompanied by the proper RMA information, will not be charged a restocking fee. Return material
authorizations are void 5 days.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES:
All parts are for "OFF ROAD USE ONLY". Procart
Industries can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Procart Industries, is not liable for any labor,
incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of any products.
The seller, Procart Industries, hereby disclaims all warranties either
express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes
nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Buyers shall
be the sole judges of all warranties. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" regardless of condition.
